PRINCESS CLAUDIA | 4.29.19

heyoooooo everybody!!! so, Oakcliff! another good week :) not very eventful but good nonetheless.  I have a very prominent watch & farmer's tan !!!! and I still luv biking! we ate a lot of really yummy food, and I felt happiness inside. I also am grateful for my family and that I got to talk to them today, they are truly the real deal.  other highlights include having our friend David come to church after meeting him only once in the park!!! and making cinnamon rolls.  I like being a missionary, and I am grateful for Jesus Christ. Not a lot else to report this week. Love you guys!! <3 luv. Hermana Huerta is filled with light and she is very special to me!!! OAKCLIFF LIVING | 4.15.19

hola muy buenos dias!! it's your honorary Texan checking in!!! we are over here on bike in the hood!  i really love it here and my companion is really cool!!! her name is Hermana Phillips and she is BUFF! she also likes to do pullups!! but on the real side, the people here are some of the most special humans I have met while on my mission. So humble, and full of love and generosity and selflessness.  FOOD - learned how to make habichuelas con arroz from Hermana Herrera, a sweet Puerto  Riquena abuelita in the ward!! - arroz con carne con arroz con carne con arroz con carne. No complaints here :D - Hermana Vazquez made us this BOMB Peruvian Chicken & rice with yellow chilies. so good :) PERRITOS - were all inside of fences. whaaaaaat??? this is new for me. - did get chased by 2 chihuahuas while biking though so don't worry still on my toes SPIRITUAL - an amazing and special general conference. buenos dias!!! I am alive I swear!! jaja. this has been a really amazing week, and sorry for not writing group emails for many weeks, mostly that is because I love calling my mom and I forget that there are other people in my life who also may wonder what I am doing out here! Hermana Lunt and I have been having a good old fashioned time out here HIGHLIGHTS - we went to the temple with Luis and Andrea Medina!!!! it was so funn and special, because they were able to be baptized by their grandpa Robledo. My favorite part of the gospel is watching familes come closer together.  - Tequiera Jones!!! She got baptized!! and we went to the temple with her, too :) - we also got our car 100% LODGED in a SWAMP (don't trust the computer Michael!!!!) and it required 1 full-sized 35,000 lb dulie with 3 amazingly kind Honduranean buds and 1 MASSIVE tow truck (driven by Billy Bob) to get us outta there. good times, and our car came out w/o a scratch :))))) - hna. lunt official...
